Admission's Documents
All applicants please note that finalizing registration at Same American School is subject to submitting all required documents mentioned below and the MOE approval.
- The school application form.
- طلب الالتحاق الخاص بالمدرسة.
- Computerized original Birth certificate.
- شهاده ميلاد كمبيوتر.
- 8 Recent passport size photos.
- 8 صور شخصيه.
- Copy of ID for both parents.
- صور من البطاقه الشخصيه للام و الاب.
- Copy of graduation certificate for both parents.
- صورة المؤهل الدراسي للام و الاب.
- Copy of the marriage documents.
- صورة من قسيمة الزواج.
- An original electricity/ telephone / gas receipt.
- اصل من فاتورة ( غاز – كهرباء – تليفون ).
Egyptians applying from a school inside Egypt
- All the above documents in addition to:
- As required by the Ministry of education: Student's must submit (all documents must be Stamped from both directorates).
- 4 طلب تحويل + بيان نجاح + طلب تحويل الكتروني ( كل الاوراق تكون مختومه من الادارات التعليميه).
- A letter from the previous school (s) stating exact sequence of years of education, this must be authenticated by the Ministry of Education in Egypt.
- مستند من المدرسة ( المدارس ) السلبقة يثبت التدرج الدراسي مطابق لسجلات وزارة التربية و التعليم.
Egyptians applying from a school outside Egypt
- All the above documents in addition to:
- As required by the Ministry of education: Student's must submit
- الحاق مصري عائد.
- ·Copy of student's passport with entry stamp
- صوره من باسبور الطالب و عليه تأشيره دخول البلد.
- A letter from the previous school (s) stating exact sequence of years of education, this must be authenticated by the foreign Affairs at the Egyptian Embassy.
- مستند من المدرسة ( المدارس) السابقة توضح التدرج الدراسي و يعتمد من مكتب وزاره الخارجيه بالسفارة المصرية.
Non- Egyptians applying from a school inside Egypt
All the above documents in addition to:
- Student must submit a completed joining request and transfer form in addition to the promotion
- الحاق وافد + 4 طلب تحويل + بيان نجاح
- Copy of student's passport with valid residency for the relevant academic year
Egyptians applying from a school outside Egypt
- All the above documents in addition to:
- As required by the Ministry of Education: Student's must submit a completed joining request form.
- الحاق وافد.
